The Quincy Bikes program is a community bike loan program which allows visitors and local Quincyans to explore the city from six checkout locations, which are:
Quincy Family YMCA: 3101 Maine Street
Redmond & Lee Community Center: 815 Elm
Upper Moorman Park: North 36th Street
Quincy Public Library: 526 Jersey
Americas Best Value Inn: 300 South 3rd Street
Salvation Army: 323 North 5th
A $10.00 refundable deposit is required to utilize one of the Quincy Bikes.

Travel the Great River Road in Western Illinois
On the Illinois Mississippi River Trail- from Nauvoo, IL to Quincy, IL - 49 Miles. From Nauvoo to Hamilton, Route 96 gives great views of the river and has many turn-offs. Narrow shoulders are fairly consistent southbound; less so northbound. It's bottomland on the 31 miles between Warsaw and Quincy, with no services but very quiet riding.
